Car rental counters at the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (GRIA) are located on the lower level adjacent to the baggage claim area.

Starting September 6, 2021, the Airport will be serviced by the Rochester Transit Service (RTS) throughout the day.  Bus schedules/stops are available at the Visitors Information Booth, can be obtained by calling RTS directly at 585- 288-1700 or can be viewed by visiting the RTS website.

The ROC Airport shuttle will transport you to/from the main terminal when you park in the shuttle parking lots.

Arriving passengers at ROC seeking transportation to the Greyhound Bus Line/New York Trailways or Amtrak can find accommodations from the airport.

Greyhound Bus Line and New York Trailways have a terminal located near the Amtrack station, 186 Cumberland St, Rochester, NY 14605.

The Regional Transportation Service (RTS) bus picks up directly in front of the airport terminal on the lower level. Passengers would take the RTS to 186 Cumberland St.
